Question delivery policy
Answer
Minimum order amount for free delivery is HKD500 for most of the areas in Hong Kong. Otherwise, HKD80 delivery charge will be added to the order with the amount less than HKD500.
Standard delivery is 3-5 business days. Remote areas may take extra 1-2 business days.
Question refund policy
Answer
Refunds are only available for damaged or out of stock items. The cost of miles rewarded will be deducted from the refund amount.
