Grape Variety: Chardonnay 100%
Local Soil: Silty, clayey and chalky
Grapes are picked at low maturation in order to keep acidity and freshness (at least 2 weeks before the CHARDONNAY dedicated to the VIN DE FRANCE CHARDONNAY DOUDET NAUDIN still wine).
Immediate Wine making by pneumatic press at the arrival of the grapes at the winery (Pneumatic press). Fermentation done in cold conditions with controlled temperatures (cooling system) in stainless vats.
SPARKLING process is then obtained by fermentation in vat, so-called “Cuve Close” method.
CHARACTER AND STYLE
Aromatic, fine, and well balanced wine with its light golden colour with some green reflects.
(Nuances and taste of linden-tree, mango, peach and some citrus).
The bubbles are delicate and give a very premium tasting to this CHARDONNAY SPARKLING.
AGEING AND SERVICE
To drink young. Temperature of service: 7 to 9 °c.
Excellent as an “aperitif”, just on his own or with dessert.
