Sipping rum with unique roots and Central American terroir
ETHICALLY SOURCED, DISTILLED IN BELIZE
Single-column distillation at Traveller’s Liquors in Belize, a country located south of Mexico and east of Guatemala. The rum is aged for 4 to 6 years in Bourbon barrels.
The palate is soft and pleasant, with the roundness of caramelised nuts. This is a rum with a light heart, which gives the oak plenty of room to detail its sweetest notes: vanilla, coconut, caramel, all of which spread smoothly over the taste buds. The finish is round, but marked by strongly toasted wood aromas.
