Tasting notes
This whisky develops some lovely complex characters from time spent aging in ex-bourbon casks. The color is a lovely bright amber. On the nose we get tropical fruits as well as coconut, spice and vanilla. The palate as a naturally occurring sweetness, spice, vanilla and satin smooth finish.
