On the nose, floral and fruity notes make their entrance in a soft and subtle way. This light rum profile will gradually open up, delicately, and the fruit will gain in maturity. When aired, the fruit gradually cooks into jam, its juices become concentrated and its juice caramelises. A light scarf of vanilla wraps itself around them, always with delicacy.
The palate is very round and tasty from the outset, with a very greedy profile that one had not necessarily suspected on the nose. Toasted and caramel-coated nuts occupy the palate with a concentrated and fatty texture, like a Barbados rum.
The finish is sweet and vanilla, with a mellow oakiness that occupies the palate.
