tasting notes
Nose: Aroma of mellow cooked agave and honey with tones of fruit and a slight smokiness.
Taste: Soft and elegant hints of dark chocolate, vanilla and light cinnamon for a lightly honeyed and smooth flavour.
Finish: Silky, warm finish with essence of dried fruit and nuts, redolent of a caramel apple. Cooked agaves intense personality comes through at the end.
Reposado (Spanish) means ‘Rested’. Barrel aged for 8 months in American white-oak barrels. (Classification of reposado should be aged for 2 to 11 months)
